Hal began his career with Mac’s as a project assistant in 1984 under the guidance of Mac’s founder, James McMahon, Sr. With 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, Hal officially took the reigns as President in 2010. Hal’s commitment to hire and invest in the very best people has distinguished Mac’s as an industry leader in both our local community and the entire Southeast region. Hal resides in West Hattiesburg with his wife, Lisa.

James’ focus is delivering a quality project on time and under budget that will exceed the owner’s expectations. James plays an active role in overseeing all financial aspects of the company from monitoring job costs to purchasing of equipment. James also works hand-in-hand with the project management team to ensure projects run efficiently and on-time. James lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Mallory, and daughter, Audrey and son James Timothy.

He began his career with Mac’s Construction in 2015 as a project manager while also being trained as a project estimator. In December, 2019, Michael was promoted to senior project manager and leads the way for Mac’s transition into the digital era of construction. Michael also works closely with Mac’s management to provide input and analysis on decisions being formulated which will benefit the company and Mac’s employees. Michael lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Kim, and son, Cooper.

Mike joined Mac’s Construction in 1993 as an experienced estimator with a degree in construction architectural engineering technology. In 2007 Mike was named chief estimator and now oversees all aspects of the bidding and negotiating of construction projects for Mac’s. His experience and analysis are an invaluable asset to Mac’s in making decisions regarding the selection of projects to bid. Mike lives in Leeville, MS with his wife, Debbie.

Eddie joined the Mac’s team in 2019 to begin work with the administration, project management, and estimating departments. In December of 2019, he was promoted to project manager and currently assists the estimating department in securing subcontractors and suppliers to provide quotations in the bidding process for Mac’s. Eddie lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Emily, twin sons, Mason and Maddox, and daughter, Marideth.
